Introduction

WB Navi provides a list of open workbooks and worksheets, allowing quick navigation between them. It also offers various features such as a recent files list and file explorer.

Simply launch the add-in and press F1 to explore its features.

Feature Summary

Feature	Shortcut Key	Description
WorkBook Navigator	`F1`	Easily navigate between open workbooks.
WorkSheet Navigator	`F1(x2)`	Quickly switch between worksheets.

Feature 1: WorkBook Navigator

Press F1 to open the WorkBook Navigator.

Shortcut Key	Function
`F5`	Refresh the workbook list.
`P`	Prevents automatic closing (must close with `ESC`).
`F1`	Close (if pinned, focus moves to the workbook instead).
`F1(x2)`	Launch the WorkSheet Navigator.
`Del`	Close the selected workbook.
`L`	Set/remove workbook password.
`O`	Open the folder where the workbook is located.
`V`	Save the workbook as a different version.

Additional Features

Press F2 while the navigator is active to open the Recent File List.
Press F3 to open the File Explorer.
Use 0~9 to switch between predefined external program windows.

Feature 2: WorkSheet Navigator

Press F1(x2) to display the worksheet list for the active workbook.

Shortcut Key	Function

`V`	Show/hide hidden sheets.
`P`	Prevents automatic closing (must close with `ESC`).

`N`	Add a new sheet.
`R`	Rename a sheet.
`Del`	Delete a sheet.
`G`	Hide/show gridlines.
`B`	Hide/show page break lines.
`Z`	Change zoom level.
`1-9`	Change tab color (Red, Orange, Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo, Violet, Black, White, None).
